Position Summary
The Business Process Consultant (BPC) will work with external clients to analyze existing end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes (sourcing; requisition; purchase order; requisition/order approvals; service and goods receiving; invoice intake, matching and approvals; and approval-to-pay), document pain points, and identify gaps against best practices. The BPC will design the future state process based on ServiceNow’s Source-to-Pay solution configured to meet client’s specific needs. The BPC will document the proposed process with flow-charts and user stories and support the development team to drive a successful implementation of the future state process. This is a consultative/collaborative role, recommending solutions to the client and accommodating client specific requirements. The position is not “order taking”, the position is a consultant guiding clients to a best-in-class solution. The position is supported by a senior solution architect.
