Seeking a ServiceNow Developer transitioning from a Software Developer background.

I am an experienced full-stack developer who has recently earned both the CSA and CAD certifications, and am now transitioning into a ServiceNow Developer role. Despite my qualifications, I’ve had limited success finding ServiceNow positions through career websites like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, etc.. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or guidance on how to successfully enter the ServiceNow field. Thank you.

Thank you for your responses. Those are very helpful.  Do you know there are any mentorship programs where mentors are willing to help those new to ServiceNow, or any non-profit organizations or communities that use ServiceNow and offer unpaid programs?
