ServiceNow Automation Specialist – Advisory / POC Lead

We are looking for a ServiceNow Automation Specialist with a strong advisory and hands-on approach to support the design, guidance, and validation of ServiceNow automation initiatives and Proofs of Concept (POCs).

The consultant will work closely with our internal team to ensure technical quality, alignment with ServiceNow best practices, and effective knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design efficient automation workflows.
• Structure solutions using Flow Designer.
• Design integrations with external systems using REST APIs.
• Support integrations with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Microsoft environments.
• Guide the internal team during implementation.
• Review technical configurations and development approaches.
• Validate POCs, including error handling and exceptions.
• Document technical decisions, standards, and best practices.
• Transfer knowledge and provide technical guidance to the internal team.

Required Skills

• Proven ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft environments / Entra ID.
• Experience designing automation solutions.
• Previous participation in or leadership of ServiceNow POCs.
• Strong communication and technical mentoring skills.

Important – Scope of the Role

This position is focused on advisory, solution design, technical validation, and knowledge transfer.

It does not include:

• Daily ServiceNow platform administration.
• Full execution of all development activities.
• Continuous operational support.

We are looking for a practical, results-oriented ServiceNow consultant, rather than a profile focused exclusively on development or platform administration.
