• Resolving “Match Not Found” discovery models
• Publisher / Product / Edition / Version normalization
• Normalization / Pattern Rules
• ServiceNow Content Service
• Software Models
• Software Licensing & Entitlements
• License Reconciliation
• ELP
• Discovery data quality
• ML-based normalization
This is a specialized SAM Pro role and is not a generic ITAM/HAM/CMDB position.
