SFI is searching for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect who will lead the overall design and development of the ServiceNow platform. They will provide technical guidance and serves as an escalation point for the ServiceNow development team members. They will support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest ServiceNow feature set. They will work with Agile/SAFe software development experts to develop and implement technology capabilities which meaningfully improve the customer’s business outcomes.
Please note, this role offers a flexible work arrangement, primarily remote with the understanding that occasional on-site presence will be required to support client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or related field/or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration SOAP, REST).
- 5+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java integrations in ServiceNow.
- Strong domain expertise in ServiceNow platform applications: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Hardware and Software Asset Management, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Performance Analytics.
- Experienced implementing Security Operations (SecOps) functionality in ServiceNow integrating incident data from security tools into a structure response engine that uses intelligent workflows and automation.
- Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
- Ability to pull together and synthesize multiple strands in large-scale projects.
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/SAFe methodology.
- Solid communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs.
- Experience presenting technical material to senior business managers in a non-technical manner to ensure a clear understanding of how the risk(s) affects the mission and/or business functions.
