I'm a fresher who recently acquired my CSA and ITSM certs and currently working on Data Foundations and I was wondering where I can find job opportunities working in ServiceNow. I've read through a few postings and have seen people mention there are a few companies that hire fresher's but I've never seen any names mentioned or job boards I can navigate to to apply.

I would recommend to "just" start looking at job openings in your area. To be a fresher or to be a veteran which has been within the ServiceNow ecosystem for many years doesn't automatically provide a job. Its about skillset, personality and competences. You just need to ensure to stand out of the crowd in relation to all the other applications.

As of now, there isn’t a dedicated platform specifically for ServiceNow‑only job opportunities. You can explore and apply for roles worldwide through ServiceNow Careers or other global job portals based on your eligibility.

There is still a gap when it comes to a centralized space focused solely on ServiceNow talent and opportunities, even though the ecosystem is growing rapidly. Some people in the community are already discussing plans to create a dedicated talent and opportunity platform for ServiceNow professionals in the near future.
