AI agent studio access issue

1. Ensure you have following role: 

• admin

• sn_aia.admin

• sn_aia.viewer

2.  Change the system property(sn_nowassist_admin.ignoreFulfillerSubscriptionCheck)  value to True  and try

Did you resolve this? I tried @Tanushree Maiti solution but it does not work..
The following test returns true:

var runtimeUtil = new sn_aia.AiAgentRuntimeUtil();
answer=runtimeUtil.hasValidLicense();

Hi @VasilisKolokyth 

Did you repair the plugin and try.

Post repairing you must clear instance cache using cache.do and check. 

If still the issue is there, please raise a case with your ServiceNow Vendor for the further assistance
