I am using the ServiceNow SDK to develop applications in Visual Studio Code.
If it were possible to invoke the ServiceNow Build Agent directly from Visual Studio Code or another external IDE, I believe it would enable a broader range of development and automation scenarios.
Has anyone successfully called the ServiceNow Build Agent from an external IDE? If so, could you share how you achieved it?
I suspect this might be possible using technologies such as A2A or MCP, but I have not been able to find a concrete implementation approach. If anyone has experience with this or can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate your insights.
