I have an issue in my environment where some users were transferred from their initial location and their country code still has their initial location. For instance user started in the US but now is transferred to Canada but the country code still tells US. However their country profile field is updated to Canada. It seems Nava is looking at the country code when giving specific LLM answers as it will give W2 information and things like that in the US perspective.
Is it possible and if so how to adjust the field that NAVA is looking up in the users profile from country code (not accurate anymore) to country (accurate) so its answers would be more accurate in my situation?
