how can i do pdf summarization in ServiceNow?
requirement,
i have policy pdf,
i want to summarize and only provide important content to customers.

As per my understanding, Gen Ai can do incident summarization currently not the KB/ pdf summary. also you can read more about this is Now Learning course about Now Assist - ITSM / CSM.
