When I input some words in the form there will be related articles automatically show.
Please teach me if I can enable AI search in this text box?
I've already prepared search application and linked it to my service portal.

Hi @PEIQIP,
The "Related Search Results" box under your variable comes from Contextual Search, not from Service Portal search. That's why linking your search application to the portal didn't change it. The portal's search application only controls the main search bar and the search results page. Contextual Search has its own configuration, so you need to switch it to AI Search separately.
Here's how:
- Go to Contextual Search > Table Configuration and open the record for your catalog item / record producer table. Note which Search Context it uses.
- Open that context in Contextual Search > Search Contexts and change Search Engine from Zing to AI Search.
- Select a Search Profile that includes the knowledge bases or catalog content you want to show. You can reuse the same profile your portal search application uses. Please make sure those search sources are indexed.
- In the table configuration, check that your 問合せ内容 variable is set as the field that triggers the search.
A few things to keep in mind:
- AI Search for Contextual Search needs Quebec or later, with AI Search active on the instance.
- If other items share this search context, changing it to AI Search affects all of them. If you only want this item to change, create a new search context for it.
- "No matching results found" can also mean the indexed sources have no matching content. AI Search's semantic matching helps, but only for content that is in your search profile.
Could you confirm whether this form is a record producer or a standard catalog item? That decides which table configuration you need to edit. If anything doesn't work as expected, let me know.
If this helped, please mark it as helpful or as the accepted solution so others can find it. 🙂
