Making custom catalogue conversational for VA

Can any one suggest a NowAssist tool that can be used to make custom catalogue simplified and conversational for a Virtual Agent.

to make items conversational or non-conversational go to the Conversational catalog overview:

https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/catalog-conversational-coverage/home

 

 

Or if you want to do a mass update to many items, you can go to Maintain Items, add "Make the item non-conversational in VA" and set it to true/false as you need:
