Hello. We are on Australia Patch 5 W41 and we have the ServiceNow Otto for IT Service Management (ITSM) plugin installed.
I have been working on turning on Now Assist for search results. I would like to set it that users with a certain role see Now Assist response + AI Search responses while all other users only see AI Search results.
I tried assigning the now_assist_panel_user role but that did not seem to work.
Any ideas on what I can do to get this set up?
