I'm facing an issue with a Record Producer where one variable is auto-populated based on the value selected in another variable.
The value populates correctly on the form before submission and is visible to the user. However, once the record is submitted and the case is created, the auto-populated variable appears blank in the case variables.
So far, I have:
- Checked the related Catalogue UI Policies and UI Policy Actions.
- Confirmed that I cannot see anything explicitly clearing the value.
- Verified that there are no Catalogue Client Scripts associated with the Record Producer.
Has anyone come across a similar issue where a variable value is displayed correctly on the form but is not retained after submission?
What would be the best areas to investigate to identify the root cause?
