I'm configuring a Retriever Tool in NASK using a Search-profile-based search. However, under Search Criteria, I only see Keyword as an available option.
From the documentation and demos, I was expecting to see Semantic and Hybrid search options as well.
This is a company demo instance running the Zurich release with the required AI capabilities enabled. I'm trying to determine whether I'm missing any configuration or prerequisite.
Could anyone clarify:
- Are there any additional prerequisites to enable Semantic and Hybrid search in a Retriever Tool?
- Do the Search Profile or Search Source require any specific semantic/vector search configuration?
- Is this expected behavior in certain ServiceNow releases, or could it indicate a configuration issue?
Has anyone encountered this before? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
