Topic is not discoverable in now assist in virtual agent.

There is a OOB topic but it was inactive(show pending approvals). i made it active and published but i couldn't able to discover that in now assist in virtual agent(default).
Also there is an AI Agent Approval assistance agent. I think because of this, when i search for pending approvals it is showing you don't have access.

Mate, what exactly is topic in this context? Is it under the LLM section or another section? If you have a screenshot, could you please share it?

Context in the topic is to approve or reject an approval which has been assigned to you or all if you are an admin. It is under LLM section, topic type is topic. And it is read-only.
