2. Does AICT support:
Real-time telemetry streaming?
Event-driven ingestion (similar to ITOM Event Management / AIOps)?

3. Does AICT track adoption, productivity, cost, and usage from external platforms?

I'm also implementing the same. Are you able to configure AICT for external agents or tools in ServiceNow, or do you know of any articles that could help?
