Hi there,
I am working for a customer that wants to prevent approval and rejection notification behavior in the virtual agent (non-actionable notifications). As in, when a user is an approver and gets assigned a new approval, they get a notification in the virtual agent (and Teams) saying they have an approval, but they don't want them the ability to action the approval.
I have the MS Non-Actionable approval notification configured to appear in the virtual agent when an approver is added, and it works perfectly, but if a user tries to exit the conversation in the virtual agent, they are presented "You have a pending notification. Would you like to view it now? Yes/No".
The user is then able to approve or rejections in the virtual agent.
When I go to Provider -> Logs, I see there is an Agentic Workflow Notification being generated for the conversation in the virtual agent.
This notification gives the message at the top: This record is in the @Servicenow/sn-ai-engagement-experience application and cannot be edited. The installed application '@servicenow/sn-ai-engagement-experience' is private.
I am at a loss on how to disable this pending notification behavior. Can someone please help?
