Is there a feature to use Otto on it's own dedicated webpage vs just the sidebar?

Hi @MAhsan ,
Once Otto is activated, it can be accessed through the panel, Service Portal, and Workspace, depending on the configuration. There is no dedicated standalone web page for Otto within ServiceNow as OOB.
You can raise with Servicenow HI ticket if any plan for upcomming realse.
Or else you can built custom solution using UI builder dedicated web page for Otto.
Please mark helpful & Correct answer if its worthy for you.

Otto is designed primarily as an AI chatbot embedded in the Now Platform interface, often appearing as a sidebar to assist users contextually. Currently, ServiceNow does not provide an out-of-the-box feature to run Otto on a completely separate, dedicated webpage independent of the main platform UI.
If you want to provide a more focused or standalone experience for users, consider these options instead:
- Use the Virtual Agent Designer to create custom chatbots that can be integrated into specific pages or portals.
- Embed Virtual Agent chat interfaces within Service Portal pages for a more tailored UI.
- Configure the Virtual Agent Designer to launch conversations from different widgets or pages, leveraging flexible UI placement.
- Explore using Now Assist APIs if you want to extend or integrate chatbot capabilities outside typical page layouts, but this requires custom work.
The core Otto chatbot experience stays within the platform UI context, usually in a sidebar or widget on the relevant pages. For a fully separate webpage experience, you will need to build a custom interface using Virtual Agent tools or APIs.
