"Crate with Now assist" button redirecting to IDE

In Australia version, when I click on "Create with Now assist" button I am getting redirected to ServiceNow IDE page i.e. sn_glider_app. This has started happening recently. Anyone observed and fixed this issue.

could you explain where is the "Create with Now assist" button located? And where did you expect to be redirected instead? I miss the context..
