Join us on March 24h 11-11:45 AM ET for a webinar led by Senior Technical Trainer, Malik Pridgeon, focused on leveraging the ServiceNow community to support your learning journey.
Participants will examine how community accelerates progress through shared insight, lived experience, and collective problem-solving. The session highlights practical strategies for asking better questions, engaging meaningfully in peer spaces, and turning conversations into forward movement. Through advocate storytelling, live trainer facilitation, and guided prompts within relevant hubs, learners will see how others have successfully used community to overcome uncertainty, re-enter learning pathways, and sustain progress.
By the end of this experience, participants will understand that community is not just a backdrop to learning—it is an active navigation tool. When leveraged intentionally, it transforms isolation into collaboration and confusion into shared clarity.
ABOUT MALIK: Malik’s favorite fun fact about learning is that humans have a shorter attention span than goldfish—so he brings authentic energy and zeal to every session he leads. A native Mississippian, Malik delivers Southern charm and hospitality, making every training experience warm, inviting, and a safe space to learn and grow.
He began his professional career as a Human Resources Specialist with the United States Army Reserve before transitioning full-time into contact center leadership, where he served as a Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist. In this role, Malik has led trainings and system implementations for platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, Verint, Remedy, and Cisco.
When he’s not delivering world class training experiences, you can find him belting out Billy Idol at a local karaoke bar or cutting loose on the dance floor.
