Completed Certifications of CSA and CAD

Recently I completed My ServiceNow Certifications of CSA and CAD. SO What is the next process I'm Going to do. And How I can Apply Internship in ServiceNow India 2026.

I would suggest do CIS - DF (Data Foundation) if you have not completed yet. It is mandatory now.

Glad to hear that you have completed CSA & CAD.

As you are planning your next steps, you can focus on learning different ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or HRSD or CSM or ITOM(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), ITAM(HAM, SAM) , learn Custom Application creation by using  AES or Creator studio.

ServiceNow Scripting(Java Script) concept also important for developer roles and responsibility.
You can learn and make a plan for CIS certification of any of the above modules accordingly.

It is also beneficial to explore key platform features like
Platform Analytics (Advance Reports and Dashboards) 

Performance Analytics (KPIs, Metrics, Breakdowns, and Indicators) for trend-based reporting

 ATF (Automated Test Framework) for platform testing during ServiceNow version upgrades

CMDB( Explore how to maintain IT assets up to date)

Integration Hub (For OOB spoke base integration with 3rd party tool)

Flow Designer (Automate the complex business Process with low code approach)

Service Portal(Implementation of Service Portal concept)

Virtual Agent( Life Agent Conversation using chat bot)

Workspace concept( Business Agent use for day to day activity) and configure workspace know about UI builder concept.

You can make plan for micro certifications for above platform features accordingly.

I will suggest next to go for CIS -Data foundation prior to focus on  CIS - ITSM.

Servicenow is giving you chance to give CIS-DF free of cost if you register for exam by 30th June,2026

If you want to do /you have any of following 7 certs, To hold these cert , you have to do CIS-DF, else if you have any of these certs, that will be expired by year end 2026.

• CIS – Discovery (DISCO) 
• CIS – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) 
• CIS – IT Service Management (ITSM) 
• CIS – Service Mapping (SM) 
• CIS – Security Incident Response (SIR) 
• CIS – Software Asset Management (SAM) 
• CIS – Vulnerability Response (VR)
