From past few years onwards ServiceNow is not providing any free vouchers.
Suggestion: you will get to by completing either On-demand Course or Instructor-led Course, I suggest you to complete On-demand Course that you will get voucher and course in less cost compares to Instructor-led Course.

NASSCOMSNAF is no longer valid per the paywall site when I tried it.

Looks like that voucher is only valid for India.
