Hi Kevin! Oooh, that's a difficult question! If I had to pick one thing, I would say that the full release of the AI driven "My Learning Guide" chat bot is my favorite. Consistent feedback has involved how to better narrow in on content amongst the many learning offerings on ServiceNow University. Having "My Learning Guide" is a huge step towards having that personalized direction to better find learning that is relevant to your current questions and goals.

And the most exciting thing about AI is that it is constantly learning and getting better, so the more you engage with it the more helpful it is. (Pssst, that's me saying to please use it, break it, and help us make it better!)
