Issue Sharing ServiceNow Badges Outside the Community

I am unable to share my ServiceNow badges online even though I have already configured my profile and badge visibility as public. I have verified that my profile settings are correctly enabled for public sharing and that the badges appear in my account. However, when I try to share them externally (for example on LinkedIn or through the share link), the badges are not visible or the sharing functionality does not work as expected.

Share Achievement Badge from ServiceNow Resume:

1. Log in to ServiceNow University.
2. Select My University account on the navigation header. From the menu, select ServiceNow resume. Your Profile: Private View screen displays.
3. Scroll down to Badges section, select the ellipsis icon
4. Select Share. The Share Badge screen opens.
5. Select one of the three social media icons to share. New tab displays asking to authenticate to the social media channel. Upon login post the badge.

1. Log in to your ServiceNow  account.
2. Click on your profile icon and select User Profile and setting.
3. Under More, locate and click ServiceNow Resume.
4. On the ServiceNow Resume page, you will be able to view your ServiceNow Credentials.
5. Select the credential or badge you would like to download.
6. Click Download Badge to save your credential badge.

Navigation Path:
ServiceNow university → User Profile  and  Settings → More → ServiceNow Resume → ServiceNow Credentials → Download Badge
