Learning Lounge: Demystifying AI and Pro-Tips for Passing your Tech Certification

Published on by jasminecole

Join us on Monday, November 23rd at 9 AM ET/6 AM PT for a live, informal Learning Lounge as part of the UK Government’s Get Tech Certified campaign. It’s designed for anyone new to tech certifications who wants a clear path to passing their exam.

Register here!

We’ll open with AI essentials: what AI is, how it’s already changing the way people work, and how to talk about it with colleagues and leaders. No technical background needed. Then we’ll move to exam success: how to plan your study time, focus on what the exam actually tests, and make the most of free learning resources.

Bring your questions. Our instructor will leave plenty of time for open Q&A on both topics.

ServiceNow is proud to be an official partner of Get Tech Certified.

What to expect: AI essentials (first half) | Exam success tips (second half) | Open Q&A
