The ServiceNow Ecosystem can feel much easier to navigate once you realize you don't have to figure everything out on your own.

This week, we're focusing on how the community itself can serve as a navigation tool. Asking questions, sharing experiences, and learning from people who have already faced similar challenges can make a huge difference in how quickly things start to make sense.

A recent blog from one of our community members highlights this perfectly. In their year-end reflection, @ZebaT  shared how the ServiceNow community helped them work through questions, find helpful resources, and gain confidence as they progressed in their journey. It's a great reminder that growth in the ecosystem rarely happens in isolation.

If you're looking to connect with others more directly, joining a ServiceNow University Group is a great place to start. These local and regional groups give learners an opportunity to meet peers who are exploring many of the same paths.

To kick things off this week;

What's one question the community helped you answer?

Hello @jasminecole ,

Yes, most of the answers can be found in the ServiceNow Community. It is one of the best platforms to learn because many experienced developers, architects, and ServiceNow employees actively share solutions there. When you search for an issue or error, there is a high chance that someone has already faced the same problem and discussed the solution in the community. By reading those discussions, you can understand different approaches, best practices, and real-time implementation scenarios 💯
