This session breaks that cycle. ABOUT POLY: Poly Sancho, based in Costa Rica, leads AI programs at ServiceNow as a Sr. Technical Program Manager on the Strategic Programs team in APEX. Her path was never traditional, and she stopped apologizing for that long ago. She learned by doing, studied while working full time, and found her strengths by noticing what energized her versus what drained her.
What drives her is people: those early in their career, mid-career and questioning a pivot, or quietly carrying impostor syndrome while still delivering. She's sat in every one of those seats. Your story interests her more than her own, because the detours are what make your perspective irreplaceable and your experience valuable in ways that aren’t always obvious on paper.
