Ask five people on your team who owns the upgrade for a given product, and you'll likely get five different answers. That ambiguity isn't a scheduling problem. It's a sign that upgrades are still treated as IT tasks instead of product strategy. On September 23 at 2:30 PM ET/11:30 AM PT, Mike Scully will challenge that thinking head-on. Every upgrade cycle is a chance to retire customization debt, adopt capabilities you once had to build yourself, and unlock value that's already sitting in your platform. The catch: ServiceNow can tell you what's coming, but only you can tell you how it lands on your instance.
In this session, Mike introduces a three-layer framework, Inspire, Influence, Impact, for turning upgrades into a repeatable source of innovation instead of a periodic fire drill. You'll leave with a clear lens for spotting where your organization is stuck and a practical starting point for moving forward.
