I came to know that it is free. I feel quite thankful to the Servicenow for making it free, because earlier I was not able to pursue because of financial burden. Now, I will surely complete my CSA as soon as possible.

My experience with OnDemand Training literally sucks.  My latest is "Playbooks Essentials".  I have opened probably 8 help cases and have not even yet made it through the first lab.  There appears to be a big gap between lesson developers and whoever is creating images.  

My latest problem with Playbooks Essentials is when building a Playbook, in the Automation part of stage/action, there is no pill picker for the Records field as the lesson book indicates.

Tried suggested solution of installing latest plugin updates.  Then I could not even build a new Playbook (errors).  

Next suggestion was to run the AI Search Settings reset.  I received this error, "You are not currently logged in as the "AIS Lab Admin" user so you will not be able to reset AI Search settings. Please login as the "AIS Lab Admin" user and return to the tool to reset AI Search settings."  

This is ridiculous.  I really want to believe in these ondemand classes, but thus far, I rank them a strong F- minus.
