Starting my Journey with ServiceNow, but not sure how to crack jobs

Hi,
I am 21 and have been working in GRC for a year now, but as a consultant with no technical skills required for my current job, my bachelor's degree is from a technical background but somehow, I got into this job.
I understand that ServiceNow provides a lot of materials and in-Built certifications to level up your carrier as a ServiceNow Developer.
But I am scared on how I can tap into a company just based on what I learnt on this platform, I am not sure with the skills I possess If I will be able to switch to a different domain, Specifically I want to work as a GRC developer. Any Ideas or suggestions on how I can crack/search jobs once I am positive and have some knowledge of the platform.

I am also pursuing my MCA now, And I am focusing on becoming a GRC Developer in ServiceNow in the coming years!!

To get the jobs you need to build the skill which is important. Start learning GRC from technical stand point, understand flow / logics in background.

You can speak to @Community Alums he is GRC/ IRM expert and guide you better.
