workspaces are in high demand these days. Enterprises want to utilise workspaces so that their agents will have all the things they need in workspaces. Particularly workspaces like Service Operations Workspace.

and I have observed there are very less community answers related to that topic.

sessions on How to configure workspaces from scratch and to explain in detail about adding Declarative actions, what are the methods that are not supported in workspace, how to customize in UI builder would be very beneficial to all the developers.
