For employee center 'How can we help?' is not showing any suggestion after entering the keywords.

Hi @Shraddha desai ,

Here is what you can try :

Step 1: Search for basic terms to see if the search functionality is working. I hope AI search is not enabled on your instace or else this can also be a reason,

Step2 : 

1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Portals.
2. Click Employee Center.
3. From the Search Sources related list, click New to add a search source.
4. On the form, fill in the fields.
   For more information, see Define a search source.
5. Click Submit.

Yes I have added search sources but still not showing suggestion.
