We have the Employee Center standard. What license do we need to upgrade to EmployeeWorks?

Hi @gmacias 

 

EmployeeWorks Web App is bundled into existing ServiceNow SKUs — ServiceNow Employeeworks and new lincensing AI packages (Foundation, Advanced and Prime). 

 

The recommendation is to reach out to your ServiceNow account team for more details.

Hi @gmacias 

 

Please note as stated by @diegobeltra that EmployeeWorks is bundle in the new license tiers from ServiceNow but only for ITSM. If you have custom applications etc. then you need to purchase moveworks as a seperate application.
