Hi @KathleenE ,

If you're looking for a clear starting point in ServiceNow System Administration, I recommend following a structured learning roadmap that introduces you to the core features and best practices.

I’ve created a free YouTube playlist that serves exactly that purpose. A guided learning path for beginners. It walks through key admin concepts like roles, tables, forms, lists, and basic configurations in the platform.

[Watch the ServiceNow for Beginners playlist]

This roadmap is especially helpful if you're just starting out and want to build a strong foundation with practical, easy-to-follow videos. Hope it helps and feel free to reach out if you get stuck or want to go deeper into any topic!

Best,
Bill
