DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented, hands-on and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. Our customer base is growing fast and we need help building a robust operational foundation for long-term growth!

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience (including some or all of the following: Core ITSM applications, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Custom Apps, CRM, Service Portal)
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML or CSS
• Experience implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with practice establishing and maintaining credibility as a ServiceNow expert
• Exceptional verbal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 30-35%

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• ITILv3 Foundations Certification is preferred
• ServiceNow Certifications such as Developer, Systems Administration, Implementation Specialist, etc.
• Works effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• High level of expertise in multiple system environments
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail and quality work output
• Enthusiasm for customer service and IT support
