Allocation Workbench is designed to show only tasks of type Project / Demand.

If Resource plans are created for tasks other than Project / Demand then allocation workbench may fail to load.

This issue has been fixed in Madrid Patch 7 and Newyork releases. Can I know which version you are in ?

Hi Fazal,

We are on London release. We raised a ticket reporting the issue with ServiceNow and they told us there was a workaround in this KB article: https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sys_kb_id=31901581db0afb04a39a0b55ca9619de. However, we are unable to access the article/view its content. Can you help?

If the allocation workbench is only intended to show project/demand related resource plans, where is the workbench to see an overall/complete view of a team's allocation (both operational and project/demand related) for a given week or month?

It seems strange to just show a partial view,.   I must be missing something.

What is the value of only seeing half of the picture?

 

Could someone point me in the right direction?
