Hi All
I have been leading and managing projects and deliveries for a number of years, and I was ecstatic to see the integration of Project Portfolio Management with Integrated Risk Management. I think IRM is a very effective tool to manage risk across projects. In this article, I am going to talk step by step on how to use IRM functionality in PPM.
Step 1 - Enable the property "Enable Advanced Risk PPM Integration
Step 2 - open a project
Step 3 - open a risk
Step 4 - Enabling the property in step 1 shows assess risk button and clicking it shows the following screen. Pick an assessor and approver
Step 5 Assessor completes the assessments and sends for approvals
Step 6 Risk Assessment gets completed
Step 7- Risk Status can be updated to accept, mitigate, avoid, transfer etc and then risk can be added to project status report
