Defining assessment data in a ServiceNow demand record is primarily achieved by leveraging the Demand Assessment metric type to capture scoring on Risk, Value, and Size, which updates the "Assessment Data" tab in the demand record.
Assessments are automatically triggered when a demand moves to the "Screening" state.
- Navigate to Demand > Demands.
- Open the demand for which you want to publish an assessment.
- In the Assessments related list, click New.
- Fill in the fields on the form, as appropriate.
- Click Submit to publish the assessment.
