Add Gantt Chart to the Project Status Report PowerPoint

I am currently trying to customise the PowerPoint template and was wondering if it was possible to also import the Gantt chart of the project into the status report. I noticed that the graphs charts already included using a unique identifier similar to this:

I am not sure where this identifier is coming from.

I tried scouring the forums to see if this was a possibility. I would like to take this Gant Chart from the workbench view and have it included in the status report in PowerPoint.

Hoping someone has found a way to do this.

I submitted an idea to the ServiceNow idea portal for this - upvote it here:

I found the spot where you can create new graphs for the export, and it appears the only two options at this time are Bar Chart and Line Chart. I don't know if there are plans to add this feature. Here is what I see:

To be sure it wasn't added in a newer version of the plugin, I made sure both plugins are fully up to date before checking and generating that screenshot:

  • Export to PowerPoint - 2.1.0
  • Export to PowerPoint for Strategic Portfolio Management - 1.2.0

Although I don't think it matters, we are on PPM Standard.
