After upgrading my Project Workspace Project are not loading correctly in project workspace

Hi Experts,

I am facing in checking the projects in project workspace after upgrading it to 6.3.0 and i am in ServiceNow Zurich release. The left side menu completely hide in project workspace which was supposed to be visible when Opens a project in Project workspace.

Could Anyone help me on this?

Hello- Can you please submit a case task for this issue? There should be a side panel that allows you to open and collapse on project workspace.

Yes, when my Instance was in Yokohama and Project workspace was not upgraded to the current version of 6.3.0. I was able to see the left side menu panel in Project workspace. But after upgrading my instance to Zurich and Project workspace to 6.3.0 , I am facing this issue. Not Sure what goes wrong. As there is no customization around it from my side.

If Any one have similar issue, Could you please guide here how to resolve this.

Please submit a case task as there is a bug with the upgrade.
