Aggregation of Application Services

Hello,

The business criticality of underlying Application Services should be automatically aggregated and displayed as High/Moderate/Low at the Business Application level in APM, leveraging out‑of‑the‑box (OOTB) ServiceNow behavior. 

If anyone has insights or suggestions regarding this, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hi,

 

One of the way to achieve it by using Application Indicators. One can have scripted indiactors with custom business logic to review associated Application Services and generate score periodically. These score can be reviewed from Application Rationalisation list view.

Could you please confirm whether these application indicators are included in the standard APM plugin or if they belong to another plugin? Also, scripted indicators as in?

Yes, they are available as part of Enterprise Architecture Standard.
