Agile stories list view

We have Agile for a client that has multiple delivery partners.   The Stories list view gives a full list of all stories for all assignment groups as the default.  How can we restrict the default Stories list view to those only linked to a certain supplier/partner?

To restrict the default Stories list view to those only linked to a certain supplier/partner in ServiceNow PPM, you can create a custom filter for the Stories list view. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance as an administrator.
2. Navigate to the Stories list view by going to "Project" > "Agile Development" > "Stories".
3. Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the list view to open the "List Control" panel.
4. Under the "Filter" section, click on "New" to create a new filter.
5. In the filter builder, set the conditions that you want to apply to the Stories list view. For example, if you want to show only the stories linked to a certain supplier/partner, you can use the "Assignment group" field and set the condition to "is" or "is one of" followed by the supplier/partner's name or a list of suppliers/partners.
6. Optionally, you can add more conditions to the filter if you want to further refine the list view.
7. Click on "Save" to save the new filter.
8. In the "List Control" panel, select the newly created filter from the "Filter" dropdown menu.
9. Click "Apply" to apply the selected filter to the Stories list view. This will now display only the stories linked to the specified supplier/partner.
10. To make this the default view for all users, click "Set as Default" in the "List Control" panel.

Now, whenever users navigate to the Stories list view, they will see the list filtered by the supplier/partner you specified. Keep in mind that users with the appropriate permissions can still modify the filter to see stories from other suppliers/partners if needed.
