We recently converted Resource Plans to Resource Assignments and now whenever we try to make a change to the converted Resource Assignments we get this error:
Alert level: critical. Resource assignment cannot be created for task with non-attribute resource plans
I understand it has to do with planning attributes. What do we need to setup to fix this? Thank you.

We followed these steps, but in step 4 the value was already True. Error still exists.
- Navigate to All > System Properties > All.
- Filter the name field to locate and open sn_pw.enable_resource_planning.
- Change the scope of the instance to Project Workspace.
- Clear the Value field and enter true.
- Select Update.
