Hello

It seems there is a limitation in term of Planning items we can get into a Portfolio Plan (500 ?) and the number of planning item milestones we can display in the roadmap (100 ?).

Can someone confirm those limits ? tell me if there are other limits to be aware of ? and how to change them ?

Thanks a lot

Yes, in ServiceNow's Alignment Planner workspace, there are certain limitations for displaying planning items and milestones. By default, you can have up to 500 planning items in a Portfolio Plan and display a maximum of 100 planning item milestones in the roadmap.

To confirm these limits or check for additional limitations, I recommend referring to the official ServiceNow documentation, as well as any release notes for the version you're using. This information may change with different releases, and the most up-to-date details will be available there.

As for changing these limits, you might need to contact ServiceNow support or consult with a ServiceNow administrator within your organization who has the necessary privileges to make such modifications. However, please note that increasing the limits may impact the platform's performance, so it's crucial to strike a balance between your requirements and maintaining optimal performance.

Hi @Rajesh_Singh , thanks a lot. Last question : Are those limitations defined as system properties ? or is it something else ? Thanks again

i am not aware of such properties.

Before closing the topic, I would like to know where those properties are defined. Does someone know ?
