APW/SPW (Strategic Planning workspace) and limits

Hello 

It seems there is a limitation in term of Planning items we can get into a Portfolio Plan (500 ?) and the number of planning item milestones we can display in the roadmap (100 ?). 

Can someone confirm those limits ? tell me if there are other limits to be aware of ? and how to change them ?

Hello! It looks like they're defined default in sys_properties.list:

• For priortization page items: sn_align_ws.backlog_max_planning_items
• For roadmap items: sn_align_ws.roadmap_items_limit
• For item milestones: sn_align_ws.item_milestone_limit

Hi,

The default display limit for Prioritization and Roadmap pages are:

• Planning items shown in the prioritization view = 500
• Roadmap items shown in the roadmap view = 500
• Goals shown in the hierarchy view =500
• Item-level milestones in the roadmap view = 100
• Items shown in all the Kanban views = 500
• Lanes shown in all the Kanban views = 30
