Assessment Survey is not triggering in Demand Module

Hi All,

Assessment Survey is not triggering in Demand Module.

Whenever the demand's state is changed to Screening, it needs to trigger the Assessment Survey to the respective stakeholders.

What would have been the issue here?

Please share your thoughts.

Hi Ram,

Make sure you have data filled in Assessment tab of demand & then try clicking send Assessment button on Stakeholder registry form. Then check for the Assessment in asmt_category_result table.

Thanks for the reply.

I clicked "Send Assessment" related link in Stakeholder Form but it didnt send the assessment survey to that stakeholder.

I impersonated & checked his profile under "My Assessments & Surveys". But no record present there.

Any Ideas?

Hi Ram,

If you check for Assessments >> Metric types

Make sure you have the Send notifications set as True. As there is an event assessment.received that runs only when the below business rule condition is satisfied.

It is configured correctly as mentioned above.

Not sure why it is failing then. Thoughts please?
