Assessment Survey is not triggering in Demand Module

Hi All,

Assessment Survey is not triggering in Demand Module.

Whenever the demand's state is changed to Screening, it needs to trigger the Assessment Survey to the respective stakeholders.

What would have been the issue here?

Not sure but could you check if all the above conditions are met. Also, look if the notification being sent to User has Notification enabled & is active.

Try by clearing cache if required.
