Australia - Demands page - change the view used?

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to have the new Australia Demand workspace page open my custom view for Demands table.  UX view rule was created, but it does not have any effect.

In the URL I can see that the view is somehow passed via the parameters. I am unable to find the right place in the UI builder config, where this would be stored. Maybe anyone would be able to help:

URL: XXX.service-now.com/now/alignment-workspace/demands/sub/record/dmn_demand/d28b751297028b101e46f2ae2153af1c/params/views/workspace_apw_default/refresh-requested/1785757106185

Seems like the Demands list opens the "record" subpage but it does not contain that view.

I found "APW Default" view in the list controller for the "demands" parent list page, updating this to my view did not change anything.

Any help from UI Builder experts or SN colleagues who know this config will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hi,

Can you share your View Rule Configuration page and your UI View configuration?

If you haven't added the Workspace in UX View Rules Configuration, the rule won't have any effect in your Workspace, and it will continue using the default view.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

We have the workspace view rule configured (dmn_demand table, not experience restricted, order 50) to point to our custom view. This view rule is also included in the "Alignment Planner Workspace" UX View Rule Configuration.

Still, the Demand page used apw_default view, so I'm thinking if maybe this is somehow being enforced through URL param.
