Some PM's and resource managers have noticed some weird automatic changes when setting an allocation to a resource on certain months. Why would SPM automatically reset that October 2026 allocation from .7 to .68? Example attached.
Our organization just implemented SPM in October so we are still learning the ins and outs of the system. Please advise.
